to Cash Out from Your My-Casino-on-Net Account.
How Do I Cash Out My Winnings?
At
My-Casino-on-Net we want you to receive your Cash Out as
quickly as possible. Your Cash Out requests will be
forwarded to you by one or more of the following methods:
1.
Credit Card(s) (Visa, Diners Club) that have been used
to make Deposits to the Casino in the past.
2.
Debit Card(s) (Solo, Switch, Laser) that have been used
to make Deposits to the Casino in the past.
3.
FirePay (if you have Deposited in the past by FirePay).
4.
NETeller (if you have Deposited in the past by NETeller).
5.
PrePaidATM Card (if you have Deposited to the Casino
in the past by PrePaidATM Card).
6.
Wire Transfer.
7.
Bank Draft.
Cash
Outs requested by the same method within 24 hours may
be combined in one payment.
There
are no fees for any of our Cash Out services. If your
Cash Out payment has not been posted within the specified
time limit, please contact us at: support@casino-on-net.com
immediately and we will investigate. To Cash Out
from your My-Casino-on-Net Account, please login to the
Casino using your Real Money Username and Password,
then follow the steps below:
1.
Click on the "CASHIER" button, located on
the upper left-hand side of the Casino Lobby.
2.
Click on "CASH OUT".
3.
In the window on the upper right-hand corner, replace
zero (0) with the amount you wish to Cash Out.
According
to My-Casino-on-Net's Cash Out Policy, if you have Deposited
by Credit Card(s) (Visa, Diners Club) and/or Debit Card(s)
(Switch, Solo, Laser), your requested Cash Out will
be automatically forwarded to your Credit Card/Debit
Card Account(s) of original Deposit, up to your *Intersafe
Global Deposit Balance. If you have Deposited by PrePaidATM,
NETeller or FirePay, your requested Cash Out will be
automatically forwarded to your method of original deposit,
up to your **Casino Deposit Balance. Your remaining
Cash Out Balance, if any, will be sent to you by your
choice of Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. You may also
receive your Remaining Cash Out Balance by NETeller
or FirePay, if you have used NETeller or FirePay to
Deposit to your My-Casino-on-Net Account in the past.
*Intersafe
Global Deposit Balance is composed of your total Credit
Card (Visa, Diners Club) and/or Debit Card (Solo, Switch,
Laser) Deposits made at any Internet Website or application
through Intersafe Global, less previous Cash Outs and/or
refunds.
**Casino
Deposit Balance is composed of your total Deposits made
using specific Deposit methods (PrePaidATM, NETeller
or FirePay), less previous Cash Outs and/or refunds.
Please
Note: Due to MasterCard/EuroCard regulations, we are
not permitted to pay your requested Cash Outs to your
MasterCard or EuroCard Credit Card(s). Therefore, Deposits
made using MasterCard or EuroCard Credit Cards will
not be counted toward your *Intersafe Global Deposit
Balance. You may receive your Cash Outs by your choice
of Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. You may also receive
your Cash Outs by NETeller or FirePay, if you have used
NETeller or Firepay to Deposit to your My-Casino-on-Net
Account in the past.
Please
Note: The minimum allowable Wire Transfer or PrePaidATM
Cash Out is $20. The minimum allowable Bank Draft or
NETeller Cash Out is $5. We will be unable to process
Wire Transfer and Bank Draft Cash Outs for amounts lower
than these minimum limits and the funds will be returned
to your Casino Bankroll.
4.
From the drop-down menu, please select the method by
which you wish to have your Remaining Cash Out Balance,
beyond your **Casino Deposit Balance, sent to you. Press
the "SUBMIT WITHDRAWAL REQUEST" button.
Upon
submitting your Cash Out request, its status is labeled
as "Awaiting Process" or "Accepted".
This means that your request has been accepted by My-Casino-on-Net.
Cash Out requests will be processed five (5) business
days from the date of request. Gold VIP Member Cash
Out requests will be processed two (2) business days
from the date of request. During this time you may cancel
your Cash Out request, from within the Casino's Cashier,
and return it to your My-Casino-on-Net Bankroll. This will
allow you to play for Real Money, without submitting
a new Deposit to your My-Casino-on-Net Account.
5.
If you choose Bank Draft, NETeller or FirePay as your
Cash Out method, you may return to the Casino Lobby
to continue playing, or exit the Casino.
6.
If you choose Wire Transfer as your Cash Out method,
before returning to the Casino Lobby please submit your
Bank details (see Wire Transfer explanation below).
7.
Confirmation of your Cash Out will appear on the screen.
Your total Cash Out request amount will appear in the
lower part of the window, tagged as "Awaiting Process"
or "Accepted". This means that My-Casino-on-Net
has accepted your Cash Out request.
8.
You may now check your Cash Out History or return to
the Casino Lobby.
Credit
Card/Debit Card Cash Outs: This Cash Out method
will apply if you have Deposited to your My-Casino-on-Net
Account by Credit Card(s)(Visa, Diners Club) and/or
Debit Card(s) (Solo, Switch, Laser), up to your *Intersafe
Global Deposit Balance. The Remaining Cash Out Balance,
if any, will be forwarded to you by your choice of Wire
Transfer, Bank Draft, NETeller or FirePay. You may also
receive your Remaining Cash Out Balance by NETeller
or FirePay, if you have used NETeller or FirePay to
Deposit to your My-Casino-on-Net Account in the past.
Payment
to your Credit Card/Debit Card Account(s) will be posted
as credited from: Intersafe Global or IFUND-IntersafeGlobal,
providers of e-cash and Credit Card/Debit Card processing
services for My-Casino-on-Net, four to twelve (4-12) days
after they are issued.
FirePay
Cash Outs: This Cash Out method will apply if you
have Deposited to your My-Casino-on-Net Account by FirePay
up to your **Casino Deposit Balance. Your Remaining
Cash Out Balance, if any, will be sent to you by your
choice of Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, NETeller or by
FirePay.
If
you choose FirePay as your Preferred Cash Out Method,
all your Remaining Cash Out Balances (over your *Intersafe
Global Deposit Balance or **Casino Deposit Balance)
will be automatically credited to your FirePay Account.
Payment
to your Firepay Account will be posted as credited from:
Intersafe Global or IFUND-IntersafeGlobal.
NETeller
Cash Outs: This Cash Out method will apply if you
have Deposited to your My-Casino-on-Net Account by NETeller,
up to your **Casino Deposit Balance. Your Remaining
Cash Out Balance, if any, will be sent to you by your
choice of Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, NETeller or by
FirePay.
You
may choose NETeller as your Preferred Cash Out Method.
In this case, all of your Remaining Cash Out Balances
(over your *Intersafe Global Deposit Balance or **Casino
Deposit Balance) will automatically be credited to your
NETeller Account.
Payment
to your NETeller Account will be posted as credited
from: My-Casino-on-Net.
PrePaidATM
Card Cash Outs: This Cash Out method will apply
if you have Deposited to your My-Casino-on-Net Account
by the PrePaidATM Card, up to your **Casino Deposit
Balance. Your Remaining Cash Out Balance, if any, will
be sent to you by your choice of Wire Transfer, Bank
Draft, NETeller or by FirePay.
Payment
to your PrePaidATM Account will be posted as credited
from: My-Casino-on-Net.
Wire
Transfer Cash Outs: A Wire Transfer is an electronic
transfer of funds from My-Casino-on-Net's Bank Account
to yours. This Cash Out method may be utilized for your
Remaining Cash Out Balance (over your existing *Intersafe
Global Deposit Balance or **Casino Deposit Balance).
Please
Note: It normally takes between five to seven (5-7)
business days for the funds to settle in your Bank Account
once your Cash Out Request has been processed. The following
information is required to successfully Wire Transfer
funds to your Bank Account:
1.Bank Name.
2.Bank Street Address (no P.O. Boxes).
3.Bank Account Number.
4.Bank Account Holder's Name (as recorded with Bank).
5.Routing Number, ABA or Swift Code (contact your
Bank for this information).

Bank
Draft Cash Outs: A Bank Draft is a Bank issued check
that can be cashed or Deposited only by the person to
whom the check is made payable. This Cash Out method
may be utilized for your Remaining Cash Out Balance
(over your existing *Intersafe Global Deposit Balance
or **Casino Deposit Balance).
Please
Note: After the check has been processed it normally
takes additional time for the Bank to issue the actual
Draft and for the Postal Service to deliver it. Therefore,
we request that you allow three to four (3-4) weeks
for delivery of your check to the address submitted
by you during registration. If your address has changed,
please update it using our highly secure Web Cashier,
click here.
We
want you to get your money as soon as possible. Please
make sure that all information submitted by you is accurate
and complete, so that we can process your request without
delay.
Cash
Out payment credits will usually be posted as separate
transactions and will not cancel the charges resulting
from your Casino Deposits.
Please
be advised that occasionally documents or your authorization
may be required to process your Cash Out requests and
we may ask that you sign a list of your Deposits to
the Casino.
Cassava
Enterprises Ltd., reserves the right to delay and/or
stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final
approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit
transactions.
Bonuses
may be Cashed Out only after all Bonus
Policy requirements have been satisfied.
